Please read these Terms of Use carefully to understand your rights, responsibilities, and service limitations when using PromptaX.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, or downloading, installing, and using the PromptaX mobile application, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these rules, please discontinue your use of our application and services immediately.
2. Description of Service & AI Prompt Generation
PromptaX provides a digital creative workspace that analyzes uploaded images or photographs and compiles structured, descriptive prompt strings designed for generative AI image platforms like Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, and DALL-E 3.
PromptaX utilizes advanced computer vision and artificial intelligence algorithms to analyze visual elements. Because generative AI tools are stochastic (relying on randomized seeds and diffusion math), we do NOT guarantee that the generated prompt will produce a 100% pixel-identical image when pasted into an AI generator. The prompt compiles styles, composition, and keywords to reproduce the aesthetic, not mirror it exactly. Users are fully responsible for editing, tweaking, and reviewing prompts to match their creative expectations.
- User Image Ownership & Copyright: You represent and warrant that you own or have the appropriate licenses, permissions, and rights to upload and process any image or photograph you import into PromptaX.
- Fair Usage & Abuse Prevention: To ensure high availability and prevent malicious server abuse, access to our cloud-based AI analysis APIs may be subject to daily credit limits, consumption quotas, or subscription tiers. We reserve the right to throttle or restrict usage in cases of suspected botting or abuse.
3. Subscriptions, Purchases, and Cancellations
PromptaX offers optional subscription packages (Pro/Elite) or in-app purchases. All transactions are handled under the following parameters:
- Billing Processing: Payments, purchases, and subscriptions are managed securely and directly through Google Play Billing services and our licensing platform, RevenueCat.
- Cancellation Policy: You can manage, alter, or cancel your active subscription or auto-renewals at any time directly through the subscription menu inside your Google Play Store account settings.
4. Intellectual Property
The PromptaX brand name, logos, UI designs, graphics, splash screens, custom compilation algorithms, and mobile source code are the exclusive intellectual property of Dropine Media LLC. You may not copy, reverse engineer, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of our app or assets without prior written consent.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
PromptaX is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We make no guarantees that prompt generations will meet specific creative standards, match identical render outputs, or function entirely error-free.
