Terms of Service

Welcome to PromptaX. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DROPINE MEDIA LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") regarding your use of the PromptaX mobile application and related services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, downloading, or using PromptaX, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the application.
2. Description of Service
PromptaX provides AI-assisted image reverse-prompt engineering tools designed to analyze visual characteristics and generate copy-ready prompts for generative AI models.
3. Credits & Subscriptions
- Free Promotional Credits: New verified users may receive a one-time promotional welcome credit grant. Replay of promotional welcome grants across multiple accounts or re-registrations is prohibited and prevented via pseudonymous anti-abuse verification.
- Pro Subscriptions & In-App Purchases: Subscriptions and credit packs are processed securely via Google Play In-App Billing and managed through RevenueCat. All fees are billed in advance in accordance with Google Play terms.
- Cancellations & Refunds: Subscriptions must be cancelled through your Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled in accordance with standard Google Play refund policies.
4. User Conduct & Acceptable Use
You agree not to upload images that contain unlawful, defamatory, harassing, sexually explicit, abusive, or infringing content. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these standards.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain full rights to the generative prompts created through your use of the App. The PromptaX application, branding, software, and underlying reverse-prompt architecture remain the exclusive intellectual property of DROPINE MEDIA LLC.
6. Account Deletion
You may terminate your account at any time via the in-app settings or via our Account Deletion Page. Deletion removes your server-side account, database records, and credit ledger. Deleting your account does not cancel active Google Play subscriptions, which must be cancelled separately in the Google Play Store.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DROPINE MEDIA LLC disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
