Delete PromptaX Account & Data
PromptaX is developed and operated by DROPINE MEDIA LLC. We respect your privacy and provide complete control over your personal data.
1. How to Delete Your Account In-App (Instant)
If you currently have the PromptaX app installed on your Android device, you can delete your account instantly:
- Open PromptaX on your device.
- Navigate to the Profile / Settings tab.
- Tap Delete Account at the bottom of the screen.
- Confirm your decision. All server-side data is deleted immediately.
2. Request Deletion via Web (Without App Reinstall)
If you uninstalled the app or cannot access your device, you can submit a manual deletion request directly below. Your request will be processed within 24 to 48 hours.

3. What Data is Deleted
When your account deletion is processed, the following data is permanently purged from our systems:
- Firebase Authentication Record: Your user identity, email, authentication tokens, and profile identifiers.
- Firestore Profile & Preferences: Your user document, saved prompt favorites, and preferences.
- Credit & Balance Records: Your credit ledger and associated transaction history.
- Subscription Records: Your subscriber data stored with our subscription management provider (RevenueCat).
Minimal Fraud-Prevention Disclosures
To prevent abuse of one-time promotional welcome grants, our backend generates an irreversible, one-way cryptographic HMAC hash of the verified email or Google account identity. No raw email, Google UID, IP address, device ID, or personal data is retained. This pseudonymous hash is stored solely to prevent duplicate welcome grant replays upon re-registration.
Important: Google Play Subscriptions
Deleting your PromptaX account removes your app data and subscriber record, but does NOT automatically cancel recurring subscriptions billed through Google Play. To cancel an active Google Play subscription, please visit your Google Play Subscriptions Page.
4. Image Processing Data
PromptaX does not store, retain, or train on the images you submit for reverse-prompt analysis. Images are processed in-memory during real-time reverse engineering and immediately discarded.
