This Privacy Policy describes how DROPINE MEDIA LLC ("we", "our", or "us"), operating as the developer of PromptaX ("App"), collects, uses, protects, and discloses personal information when you use our mobile application and related services.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide our reverse-prompt AI services:

• Account Information: When you register via Email/Password, we receive your verified email address and unique authentication identifier (UID) managed securely via Google Firebase Authentication.
• Usage & Credit Data: Your account balance, transaction ledger, and saved prompt favorites in Cloud Firestore.
• Subscription Information: If you purchase a subscription or credits through Google Play, our subscription partner (RevenueCat) processes subscription entitlement status using your pseudonymous App User ID.
• Optional AI Content Reports: If you report an AI-generated result, we collect the selected report category, your optional description, the generated prompt text needed for moderation review, app version, and your Firebase UID. We do not attach or store your original image with reports.

2. Zero-Retention Image Policy

We do NOT store, save, or train models on the images you submit.

When you select an image for reverse-prompt analysis, the image is encoded in-memory and processed in real-time by our secure AI inference engine (Cloudflare Workers AI). The image is discarded immediately after the structured prompt JSON is generated. No copies of your uploaded photos are retained on our servers or storage disks.

If you report an AI-generated text result for safety or quality review, the report includes generated text only. The original image is not included in the report.

3. Fraud Prevention & Pseudonymous Anti-Abuse Markers

To protect against fraudulent abuse of one-time welcome credit grants, our backend generates an irreversible, one-way cryptographic HMAC hash based on your verified email or Google account identity. No raw email, Google UID, IP address, or device ID is stored. This pseudonymous hash is retained solely to prevent repeat claims of free promotional credits upon account deletion and re-registration.

4. Third-Party Services & In-App Advertising

We work with trusted industry providers that adhere to strict privacy and data security standards:

• Google Firebase (Google LLC): Authentication (Email/Password), database (Cloud Firestore), and serverless backend functions.
• Cloudflare Workers AI (Cloudflare, Inc.): Fast, ephemeral AI vision inference proxy.
• RevenueCat, Inc.: In-app purchase and subscription verification.
• Google Mobile Ads & Google UMP (Google LLC): For users on the free tier, we display in-app advertisements via the Google Mobile Ads SDK. Google may process device identifiers (including Google Advertising ID / GAID), IP address (used to determine general, non-precise location), and app interaction/diagnostic data to serve ads, detect fraud, and report ad performance. In the European Economic Area (EEA), UK, and Switzerland, consent is collected and managed through the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP). Users may adjust or withdraw their ad consent choices at any time via the "Privacy Choices" option in the App Profile settings.

5. Data Retention & Account Deletion

You have the right to delete your account and all associated personal data at any time:

• In-App Deletion: Go to Profile > Delete Account. Your profile, database records, credit history, and RevenueCat subscriber data are deleted immediately. AI content reports linked to your UID are anonymized so moderation records can be retained for safety purposes without preserving your account identifier.
• Web Deletion: Visit our dedicated Account Deletion Page to submit a deletion request without reinstalling the app. Requests are processed within 24 to 48 hours.

6. Google Play Subscriptions Notice

Deleting your PromptaX account removes your app data but does not automatically cancel active Google Play recurring subscriptions. You must manage or cancel active subscriptions directly through the Google Play Store under Account > Subscriptions.

7. Children's Privacy

PromptaX is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
