Dropine LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Promptax mobile application (the "App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our App and the choices you have associated with that data.

Images and Content (Ephemeral Processing)
Our App allows you to upload or take photos to generate descriptive text prompts using artificial intelligence. We process these images ephemerally on our secure servers solely to generate the prompt. We do not permanently store, save, claim ownership of, or share your images.
Usage Data
We may collect non-personal information on how the App is accessed and used (e.g., device type, operating system, unique device identifiers) to improve our service functionality and user experience.
2. Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party services to operate the App securely and efficiently. These services may collect information used to identify your device. Our third-party partners include:
- Cloudflare: We utilize Cloudflare's infrastructure to securely host and run the open-source AI models that process your images and generate the text prompts.
- Google Play Services: For app distribution and basic analytics.
- Google AdMob: For serving advertisements. AdMob may use advertising IDs and cookies to serve personalized ads. You can opt-out of personalized advertising in your device's settings.
- RevenueCat: For securely managing in-app purchases and auto-renewing subscriptions.
3. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
We offer auto-renewing subscriptions (Promptax Elite) and in-app purchases. All payment transactions are securely processed entirely through the Google Play Store. Dropine LLC does not collect, process, or store your credit card details or billing information. RevenueCat is used strictly to validate your purchase token and manage your subscription status across your devices.
4. Data Security
We value your trust in providing us your information. We strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it, including enforcing encrypted connections. However, please remember that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
